2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Contact form submissions: phone number, name, and email address provided voluntarily when using the contact form on the site.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and timestamps of requests. These are retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Cookies: a single functional cookie recording whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie notice (key:
vk_cookie_consent). This cookie contains no personal data and expires at session end or when cleared by the user.
3. How We Use Your Data
Data from contact form submissions is used solely to respond to the enquiry submitted. We do not add form submitters to mailing lists, share data with third parties, or use it for marketing purposes.
Server log data is used to monitor site availability and diagnose technical issues. It is not used to build visitor profiles.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given at the time of submission. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining site security (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The functional cookie is exempt from consent requirements under Polish telecommunications law as it is strictly necessary for the site's functionality.
5. Data Retention
Contact form correspondence is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is permanently deleted. Server logs are deleted after 90 days. The cookie notice preference is stored in your browser's localStorage and is cleared when you clear browser data.
6. Third-Party Services
This site uses Google Fonts, loaded from Google's CDN. When pages are loaded, your browser makes a request to Google servers, which may log your IP address in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. No other third-party services that process personal data are used on this site.
Images are loaded directly from Wikimedia Commons servers (upload.wikimedia.org). Your browser will connect to Wikimedia servers when loading these images; Wikimedia's own privacy policy applies.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access personal data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of that data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO, Warsaw).
